There was probably no other table tennis rubber in 2014 and 2015 being subject of as many discussions as it was the case considering the Tibhar Evolution MX P.

Description

The secret of its quality lies in the combination of a high-class spin development, caused by the tense and extremely catchy topsheet. This is combined with the large-pored, porous sponge, which provides an enormous penetrating power when doing hard shots and strokes. The increased catapult effect becomes evident when playing blocks and counters.

Considering its hardness, the Tibhar Evolution MX P is also characterized by a relatively high trajectory of the ball. This table tennis rubber is slightly heavier than the Butterfly Tenergy 05. Some players appreciate this, because this bonus leads to a further increase in penetrating power (provided you hit the ball quite hard). Compared to the Tenergy, the Evolution MX P also exhibits a larger catapult effect. Players, who miss this, will find a perfect alternative to the Tenergy when using the MX P.

The Tibhar Evolution MX P is particularly suitable for players acting in a spin-oriented, aggressive, and attacking manner. This table tennis rubber also provides advantages when acting close to the table. Furthermore, this TT rubber allows a good feedback of the ball. This is quite unique, since such a feedback is generally only possible when using medium hard or soft sponges!

If the MX-P is too fast and/or hard for you, we recommend you to try a medium hard alternative, the Tibhar Evolution EL-P (commonly used for the backhand). If you desire/prefer a soft-touch including a rich sound, TT-SHOP.COM recommends the Tibhar Evolution FX P.

Information regarding the assembly: You are better off using 2 layers of glue. Keep in mind that the large pores absorb much glue!
