The Tibhar Evolution MX S was extensively celebrated and discussed by the manufacturer, but also in forums. This rubber entered the market in 2015. In contrast to the very successful MX P, its focus does not lie on speed, but on spin. The MX S has a topsheet with quite flat, wide pimples. The sponge is very hard (hardness between the hardness of the MX P and EL P).
Compared to the MX P, the Tibhar Evolution MX S is slightly slower and exhibits a somewhat decreased catapult effect. The spin of this TT rubber is quite good taken. Therefore, provided you have a good feeling for the ball, you can do many things using your opponent´s spin. The catapult effect is slightly decreased as compared to the Evolution MX P. However, it is still clearly perceivable. The topsheet provides an enormous catchiness, resulting in much spin when playing serves or topspins. Particularly, the strength of this rubber lies in actions out of the half-distance. This is because the MX S always has the right answer to the strokes of your opponent, no matter what the type: It provides the extra regarding spin! The history and background of the Tibhar Evolution is long! During the last couple of years, the Evolution rubbers are probably the most popular ones available on the market.
Those can be summarized as follows:
- Tibhar Evolution MX P: This version aims in maximal speed among this series, including lots of spin!
- Tibhar Evolution MX S: Most important factor is spin, but also lots of speed.
- Tibhar Evolution EL-P: Due to high speed and extraordinary spin, this rubber allows for the development of speed and spin in a very balanced ratio.
- Tibhar Evolution FX P: Medium speed and extraordinary spin! This TT rubber promises an intensive feeling for the ball.
