YONEX Nanoray Light 18I Badminton Racket comes with new and unique frame design, Yonex introduces the Nanoray I speed racket for advanced badminton player for those who need lighting fast racket response. This racket is equipped with a snapback zone frame concept in which the frame is kept at thinner at the midpoint at the top area and equipped with innovative material (more elastic material). This new configuration helps in generating explosive acceleration and repulsion from the racket. Further, to make more powerful shots, Yonex used the compact frame in which more aerodynamic and compact frame is used (this will reduce the drag forces). By doing so, players get fast racket HEAD speed and opportunity to get fast racket smashes. Yonex Nanoray I Speed equipped with the long and slim shaft to generate maximum power. To obtain more repulsion and stability, Yonex used X-Fullerene material (this binds the carbon fiber material) which gives 5% more repulsion and 15% more stability. This racket is available in Red color and suitable for the fast game style.

YONEX Nanoray Light 18I Badminton Racquet Technology:

  • AERO + BOX Frame: Combines solid hitting feel and quick swing.
  • ISOMETRIC: The ISOMETRIC design increases the sweet spot by 7% as compared to a conventional round frame, a square-shaped ISOMETRIC racquet generates a larger sweet spot by optimizing the intersection of the main and cross strings. ISOMETRIC delivers greater control without sacrificing power.
  • CONTROL SUPPORT CAP: The control support cap provides an 88% wider flat surface compared with an ordinary racquet for easier gripping, fast follow-through and the sharpest maneuverability.
  • Built-in T-Joint: Increases strength between the frame and shaft eliminating head twist for more control.
  • SBZ (Snap Back Zone): The unique frame design of the NANORAY Z-SPEED means that the frame is thinner at the midway point at either side of the racquet head.   • X-FULLERENE: The new generation X-Fullerene has 4 radial ribs which unite carbon atoms to form a football-like structure. The X-Fullerene is used in the resin which bonds the carbon fibres and creates the cross-link construction. The tenfold increase in binding force makes it possible to create 5% higher repulsion power and 15% greater stability.
  • Ultra Slim Shaft: Inserting NANOPREME into the racquet shaft ensures greater stability compared to conventional racquets. When bending and releasing two racquets under the same force, the Ultra Slim Long Shaft rebounds almost twice as far as a conventional racquet does in the same length of time (0.018 seconds).
